This personalized service helps new employees and transferees find rental housing suited to their specific needs in the Chicago Metropolitan area. By understanding housing preferences up front, Premier helps employees rapidly adjust to their new homes.

Each employee completes a Home Renter Profile that includes the price range, type of housing, parking requirements, time frame, and preferred neighborhood and lifestyle.
A Premier consultant reviews the questionnaire with the employee and provides a realistic picture of what's available in the marketplace.
Premier develops a customized itinerary for a home-finding trip, picks the employee up at the airport or hotel, and spends time orienting them to the city.
The employee is shown only properties within desired neighborhoods and price range previously specified.
